Parent Meeting - March 24

Mandatory Parent Meeting

When: March 24 @ 6:30pm

Location: AHS, room 29 (near Fieldhouse)

We will be having a mandatory parent meeting on March 24 at 6:30pm. Here are some details of the meeting:

1. One parent must attend (limited space only allows one parent per player)

2. Swing into Spring:

   1. Parents to purchase player tickets for $200 at meeting (check/credit card/cash)

   2. Girls will be selling tickets (10 tickets at $20/per), but parents will buy them upfront

   3. Volunteers needed to help the night of the event (taking tickets at the door, selling tickets throughout the evening, silent auction, etc.)

3. Booster Meeting immediately following Parent Meeting

   1. Parents are encouraged to stay for the meeting!

   2. Several board positions open
